This program is designed for the exercise beginner whose main goal is weight loss.
This program includes:
- Individualized nutrition coaching
- Personalized nutrition packets that include what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, and grocery lists for rapid fat loss.
- 2x per week in-person group class coaching at TNT Fitness
- Weekly accountability check-in from your coach
- Optional 2x per week no equipment at home assignments

- Ends on Monday, November 20th
