Spring is finally here! That means it’s time to kick the workout routine into full gear to get ready for the summer.
Maybe you had some new years goals that never came to fruition and that’s OK it happens. This is an excellent time to jump back in or start.
Transformation Academy is our BEGINNER group fitness program for those who are not working out and want professional guidance on what to do. The workouts are tailored to beginners and slowly increases the difficulty over 4 weeks to make sure you are in it for the long haul.
Join a group of likeminded beginners and improve your stability, flexibility, cardio, and strength under the close supervision of a coach. The exercises will be low-impact and beginner friendly. All exercises we do can easily be modified to make them more or less challenging based on your own abilities.
The main focus will be on weight loss, improving balance, improving coordination, increasing endurance, and overall strength.
We will use cardio machines, practice fundamental bodyweight movements, and do lighter dumbbell lifting. The blend of lifting and cardio is the best way to improve your health and fitness.

This program is limited to 10 people. There are 4 different times to choose from each week and the goal is to attend 2-3 classes. We offer 4 class options to make it easier for your schedule, however, you are not expected to make all the class times.
Our goal for this program is for you to get in the habit of exercising. Become a little bit more flexible, gain strength, and feel a noticeable improvement in your cardio. At the end of the 4-weeks you’ll be able to transition into our more challenging classes such as Fit30 and Fit50 so that there is a natural progression to your fitness level.
The sessions are 45min long and will include:
- General warm-up and stretch to get the body ready
- Technique work of today’s movements
- 8-15min of a medium-paced circuit mixed with cardio and lifting
- Cool down and stretch

FAQ
I’m really out of shape can I do this class?
- Yes. This is for beginners. If someone works out a few days a week and can jog a while without stopping then this is not for you. Skip this and jump right into our Fit30 class. If you want to see the gym and talk to coach Oscar he will meet you at the gym and go over any concern that you might have.
I’ll be missing some classes is it still worth signing up for?
- Yes. Going from not exercising to working out 4 days a week is too much of a drastic change. We want you consistently taking 2-3 classes per week and you’ll see great results.
I have a previous injury from X. Will I be able to take this class?
- Most likely yes. Set up a tour with coach Oscar and discuss any concerns you have. He has a masters degree in human performance, is a certified pain free performance specialist, and helps clients with limitations peform safe workouts on a daily basis.
Should I do this one or the next Transformation Academy?
- You need to sign up for this ASAP. The next one probably won’t happen until New years 2025.
