Figuring out what exercise to do is a huge headache, let the TNT fitness professionals figure this out for you.
Doing this on your own is much more challenging than it needs to be, instead, join a group of like-minded beginners and you'll have a much better time.
How do you know if you are doing an exercise correctly? Or doing too much? You don’t. That’s why the coaches are here to guide you through each session.
Spring just started and the pool season is rapidly approaching. Maybe you had some new years goals that never came to fruition and that’s OK it happens. This is an excellent time to jump back in or start. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve after 4 weeks of consistent workouts.
This 4 week program will start off slow at a beginner level and then slowly progress you at a comfortable pace towards your goals. The exercises will be low impact and beginner-friendly. All exercises we do can easily be modified to make them more or less challenging based on your own abilities.
The main focus will be on weight loss, improving balance, improving coordination, increase endurance, and overall strength.
We will use cardio machines, practice fundamental bodyweight movements, and do lighter dumbbell lifting. The blend of lifting and cardio is the best way to improve your health and fitness.
The sessions are 45min long and will include:
- General warm-up and stretch to get the body ready
- Technique work of today’s movements
- 8-15min of a circuit mixed with cardio and lifting
- Cool down and stretch
This program is limited to 12 people. There are 6 different times to choose from each week and the goal is to attend around 3 classes. We offer 6 class options to make it easier for your schedule, however, the goal is not to attend all.
